Dani was so welcoming and nice, she’s super easy to talk to and makes your photoshoot easy while she does the hard work. As it was my first time doing a boudoir photoshoot, she made my first experience great and the pictures turned out amazing! Definitely would recommend!

FAQ
I want to book a shoot, but I am so nervous!
It is 100% normal to feel nervous! I remember when I booked my own boudoir shoot my immediate reaction was “oh no, what have I done?!”. BUT that is just the little voice that freaks out whenever you do something new.
I will guide you every step of the way, and within ten minutes of arriving I promise your nerves will melt away, and you will be SO glad you did something so special for yourself.
I have no idea how to pose, will you help?
I will 100% tell you how to pose, where to look, and if I need you to adjust. All you have to do is show up and have fun! Posing is my job, having fun is yours!
Where will my boudoir shoot take place?
Your boudoir shoot will take place in my secluded and private home studio located in Glenside (one road back from the Burnside shops). I specifically moved to my current house for the studio space! It is private, quiet, bright and relaxing. I previously had a studio in the city directly across the road from a boys school - while it was a fun space it wasn’t ideal for boudoir!
Do I have to share my pictures?
Part of the Body Love Experience is sharing why a boudoir shoot is important to you. Some people want to connect to their bodies after having kids, some people want to capture a moment in time, some people want to celebrate a milestone, some people want to celebrate having come to love their bodies, some people want to celebrate what their bodies have achieved, some people want to give their partner a fun gift. Each person selected for the Body Love Experience will have a small blog post written about their reason for wanting a shoot with a photo - however this photo and story can be entirely anonymous if desired.
Do I bring my own lingerie, or do you provide the outfits?
For hygiene purposes clients bring all lingerie to the shoot. Each person’s body is different, so this also ensures the lingerie used at your shoots fits your body well, instead of something that might be too small in the waist or gaping in the cups. I have an entire lingerie guide, as well as recommendations of the most flatting options for photography.
What is your COVID19 Policy?
I am double vaccinated, and will wear a surgical mask for the duration of our session. The studio is thoroughly disinfected between client appointments. Clients are reminded to reschedule their appointments if they show any Covid19 symptoms.
Do your clients do their own hair and makeup?
No, they don’t. I have an incredible hair and make up artist that works with me on every shoot. Hair and makeup are included in the retainer fee. Having your makeup done in-studio allows for it to be done in the same lighting the shoot will take place in, make any minor adjustments before the session, and ensure the look being achieved will translate well to camera.
