Styling Advice

What photographs best

Please take a moment to look over the lingerie guide for my advice on what to bring to your session.

01 /

We typically photograph three distinct lingerie looks, plus a white sheet set.

02 /

A great rule of thumb for variety: bring one black, one white, and one colour set.

03 /

Bodysuits are universally flattering and highly recommended for your session.

04 /

When selecting underwear, Brazilian and cheeky cuts are generally the most flattering on camera.

05 /

Colours: I normally recommend jewel tones, but any solid colour works well.

Things to Avoid

Keeping the style of the session

To ensure we get the most flattering, timeless images possible, there are a few items I recommend leaving at home:

  • Baby-doll dresses: While they feel comfortable, they actually hide your shape and are not flattering on camera. If two peices are not your usual style go for bodyduits instead (or a high waisted two peice)
  • Corsets: These restrict your movement for posing and leave deep red elastic marks on your skin that show up in your other outfits. Again - bodysuits can create a similar vibe without issue.
  • Neon & busy patterns: Fluorescent colours and loud patterns distract the eye away from you.
